Epidural Anaesthesia in Obstetrics A Second Look at 26,127 Cases

A second look at epidural anaesthesia in obstetrics,five years after our first three–year report,confirms the findings that the procedure outlined above is a highly satisfactory one Technical skill can be easily acquired The incidence of potentially serious complications is minimal It seems to be the safest method of obstetrical analgesia known at the present time.
