Malignant Hyperpyrexia: A Therapeutic and Investigative Regimen

A reduction in mortality from the malignant hyperpyrexia syndrome may be expected if the diagnosis is made promptly and management is vigorous and aggressive. It is suggested that a summary of the early signs of the syndrome and an outline of therapeutic and investigative procedures be made readily accessible to anaesthetists in each operating room.
