Adaptation of the Fiberoptic Laryngoscope for Tracheal Intubation with Small Diameter Tubes

A simple adaptation of the fiberoptic laryngoscope is described which allows its use in intubating the trachea with small diameter (approximately 5 mm I.D.) tracheal tubes.
