Erratum

The correct infusion rates for the four agents are:

Alfentanil: 120 µg·kg·-1 rather than 20 µg·kg·-1min-1

Thiopental: 4 mg·kg·-1min-1 rather than 84 µg·kg·-1min-1

Etomidate: 300 µg·kg·-1min-1 rather than 5 µg·kg·-1min-1

Midazolam: 100 µg·kg·-1 rather than 20 µg·kg·-1min-1
