An Adaptation of the Heidbrink Trichlorethylene Circuit for Paediatric Ether Anaesthesia

A flexible, controllable method of endotracheal ether anaesthesia for children has been described, using a simple modification of the Heidbrink trichlorethylene circuit. This has proven safe and satisfactory in over 200 cases, of 1/2 to 2 hours duration, with no complications due to the method
